A High Energy, athletic show that's great fun for boys and girls of any age. Dave's Cast of Characters provides a complete event including The Coach and his whistle. Upbeat, fun, kid-friendly Pop Music will be played throughout the party.

We begin with warm up exercises, including;

• Racing from one side of the area to the other
• Stretching out Activities
• Limbo
• Musical Chairs
• Hot Potato

The Coach will then divide the group into teams. Each team will come up with a team name. They will then begin friendly competition in a variety of physical activities, including:

• Sack Races
• Tug of War
• Balloon Pop
• Caterpillar Relay
• Hula Hoop Relay
• 3 Legged Race
• Large Bounce Ball Race
• Little Belly Bicycle Race (Not on grass)
• Old Clothes Race
• Egg and Spoon Race
• Apache Relay Race (Call for explanation)

Throughout the party everyone will receive and assortment of prizes and giveaways. They will also participate in a group treasure hunt-Just for added fun.
